What is the delivery cost for Croatia?

Shipping is free for orders of 77 EUR or more.

If the order amount is less than 77 EUR, the shipping cost is calculated depending on the payment method:

  • Standard delivery (paid by credit card): 3.50 EUR
  • Cash on delivery: 5.50 EUR

What is the estimated transit time for delivery within Croatia?

  • Mainland: 2 to 6 business days
  • Islands: 3 to 7 business days

Where do we ship packages from?

Our distribution center is located in Ljubljana, which allows us to offer fast and affordable shipping worldwide.

Who ships our packages?

For Croatia and Slovenia, we use courier services GLS and DPD. For the rest of the world, packages are shipped by Pošta Slovenije.

Delivery for Slovenia

Shipping is free for orders of 77 EUR or more.
For orders less than 77 EUR, the shipping cost is calculated depending on the payment method:

  • Standard delivery: 3.50 EUR for credit card payments
  • Cash on delivery: 5.50 EUR
  • Courier service: GLS
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-10 business days from order confirmation

 

Delivery for other EU countries

Shipping is free for orders of 77 EUR or more.
For orders less than 77 EUR, the delivery cost is 7.70 EUR and is automatically calculated during checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2-10 business days from order confirmation
  • We send the package with a tracking number
  • Courier service: Pošta Slovenije

Delivery for non-EU countries

Shipping is free for orders of 77 EUR or more.
For orders less than 77 EUR, the delivery cost is 7.70 EUR and is automatically calculated during checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days from order confirmation
  • We send the package with a tracking number
  • Note: Shipments may be subject to customs inspection in the recipient’s country. Any costs arising from customs inspection will be borne by the recipient.
  • Courier service: Pošta Slovenije

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards – we accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and American Express. The shipping cost is 3.50 EUR for customers in Croatia and Slovenia, while for customers outside these countries, the shipping cost is 7.70 EUR.
  • Cash on Delivery (available only in Croatia and Slovenia) – the most popular payment method. You pay for your shipment upon receiving it from the courier service. The shipping cost is 5.50 EUR.
