How can I pay for my order?

You have two payment options:

1. Credit Card Payment
   We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and American Express.
   The shipping cost is 3.50 EUR for customers in Croatia and Slovenia, while for customers outside these countries, the shipping cost is 7.70 EUR.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
   Available only for customers from Croatia and Slovenia.
   Shipping cost is 5.50 EUR.

DELIVERY

Delivery to Croatia and Slovenia
Free shipping: For orders over 77 EUR, shipping is free, regardless of payment method.
Regular shipping: 3.50 EUR for payments by credit card.
Cash on delivery: 5.50 EUR.

Orders are delivered within 2-6 business days from the date of order.

Delivery to other EU countries
Free shipping: For orders over 77 EUR.
Shipping cost: For orders under 77 EUR, the shipping cost is 7.70 EUR (calculated automatically during checkout).

Estimated delivery time: 2-10 business days from order confirmation.
All shipments include a tracking number.
Courier service: Pošta Slovenije.

Delivery to countries outside the EU
Free shipping: For orders over 77 EUR.
Shipping cost: For orders under 77 EUR, the shipping cost is 7.70 EUR (calculated automatically during checkout).

Estimated delivery time: 2-10 business days from order confirmation.
All shipments include a tracking number.

Note: Shipments may be subject to customs control in the recipient’s country. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Courier service: Pošta Slovenije.

RETURN

How to Return a Product

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days from the receipt of the package in the following cases:

• If the wrong item was delivered.
• If the item delivered is damaged.
• If the item delivered does not match the order.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us via email at [email protected] with a description of the reason for the return, and if possible, include photographs of the product.
2. Once we confirm the return request, you can return the product to us in its original condition and packaging, without any signs of use.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne in accordance with consumer protection regulations, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).

Product Exchange

Currently, we do not offer the option to exchange products.

In case you need to make a change:

• You can return the product and then make a new purchase for the desired item.
• Alternatively, you can request a refund for the returned product.

What is Gold-Plated Jewelry?

Gold-plated jewelry is made from a metal alloy or 925 sterling silver, which is coated with a layer of gold during the manufacturing process. It is a perfect alternative to solid gold jewelry as it is significantly more affordable, yet visually resembles real gold.

Our jewelry is plated with gold ranging from 14 to 24 carats, where:

• A higher carat number indicates a higher gold content in the plating.
• It also affects the appearance of the jewelry – 22-carat gold plating has a more intense yellow color and a matte finish compared to 18-carat gold plating.

Advantages of Gold-Plated Jewelry

• Luxurious look at an affordable price – an excellent option for those who want elegant jewelry without high costs.
• Resembles pure gold – it’s hard to notice the difference at first glance!
• More durable than regular costume jewelry – thanks to the gold plating, the jewelry is more resistant to wear and easier to maintain. With proper care, gold-plated jewelry can maintain its new and luxurious appearance even after years of use.

Important Note: Gold-plated jewelry is not the same as solid gold. The plating may wear off over time if not properly cared for.
