All complaints regarding delivered goods are valid within 14 days of the delivery date.

Complaint is considered valid if the ordered goods:

1.) don’t match the goods ordered,

2.) if the product is damaged or not delivered in the designated timeframe.

 

How to return?

*Complaints must be presented in written form (e-mail message) and sent to the following e mail address: [email protected]

*M4 projekt will address the issue and respond to the complaint within 15 days.

*We reserve the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the products are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

 

Refund Period

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order in a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank and the method of payment used.

1) It is important not to spray on perfume or other sprays while wearing your gold plated jewelry.

2) Wear your jewelry after you have sprayed on your favorite perfume so that chemicals on the spray or perfume does not interact with your jewelry’s metal.

3.) Wait until your lotion or cream is dry or has been absorbed by your skin before you wear your gold plated ring, bracelet or necklace.

Exchanges are currently not possible. Customer can return the item and make another purchase.

Gold plated jewelry is a good substitute for solid gold jewelry because it is difficult to tell the difference between the two and gold plated jewelry is nowhere near as expensive!

 

The gold layer on the outside of the jewelry item is real gold of varying fineness (10K to 24K), but the center of the item is not gold.

The entire piece of jewelry is composed of a base metal or metal alloy or sterling silver 925.

 

To gold plate something, the item is dipped into a solution that contains gold or a gold-colored alloy. The item is then shot with an electric current and the resulting electrochemical reaction deposits a thin layer of gold to the outside of the base metal.

0) Keep away from water. Do not immerese jewelry in water,
1) Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions or other chemicals,
2) Remove jewelry when bathing, showering or swimming,
3) Remove jwelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity,
4) Clean the pieces after use and occasionally wipe with a soft cloth,
5) Jewelry should be stored away separately in an air-tight jewelry box.
