1.1 Introduction
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between M4 projekt, družba za investicije d.o.o., located at Brdnikova ulica 44, 1000 Ljubljana, ID: 54153115 (hereinafter referred to as “M4 projekt”), and the user of the website. All interactions between M4 projekt and the user are subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By accepting the offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”), the user agrees to comply with all the mandatory provisions outlined in these Terms of Use. Before accepting the Offer, M4 projekt will present these Terms of Use to the user through the website www.mialma.com.hr.

M4 projekt is not responsible for any costs associated with the user’s computer equipment or telecommunications systems required to access the website and web shop.
3.1 Pricing
All prices listed on the www.mialma.com.hr website and in M4 projekt business catalogs are displayed in Euro (EUR), unless specifically stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment Methods
Products and services offered by M4 projekt can be paid via:
- Credit cards available in the M4 projekt online shop
- PayPal
- “Cash on delivery”
3.3 Credit Card Payments Security
All credit card payments are processed securely through the Braintree online payment system. Neither M4 projekt nor Braintree have access to your credit card number. This information is only available to the credit card issuer and the cardholder. Braintree uses the latest security standards to protect your data, including the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption and the MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures secure data exchange between Braintree and credit card authorization centers, which occurs over a private network protected by a double firewall.
4.1 Complaints Regarding Delivered Goods
All complaints regarding delivered goods are valid within 14 days from the delivery date. A complaint will be considered valid if the ordered goods do not match the items ordered, if the product is of poor quality, damaged, or not delivered within the designated timeframe. 4.2 Complaint Procedure
Complaints must be submitted in writing (either by post or email) in accordance with Article 10, part of the Consumer Protection Law. M4 projekt will address the issue and respond to the complaint within 15 days.
5.1 Order Process
All services and products are available for order 24/7. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. The User must complete the order form with the required information, confirm the purchase, and will receive an email notification once the order is successfully placed. M4 projekt will only process confirmed orders. Products are selected from the image gallery of the relevant product category. To purchase an item, click on “Add to basket,” where the item and delivery details will be displayed. Upon selecting delivery, the delivery price will be added to the total. Next, proceed by clicking the provided link and filling out the form, whether purchasing as an individual or as a company. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after the order is placed.
5.2 Validity of the Order
The order will be considered valid only if all required information is correctly provided, the terms of sale are accepted, and the payment has been successfully processed.
5.3 Sending Messages with Orders
If the User wishes to send a message along with the ordered item, the recipient must be informed of the sender’s details. Messages must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content. M4 projekt reserves the right to ignore or not respond to messages with such content.
5.4 Delivery of Ordered Items
M4 projekt is obligated to deliver all in-stock items that meet the delivery requirements. If M4 projekt is unable to fulfill any part of the order, the User will be notified via phone or email and will be given the option to either choose an alternative product or request a refund.
6.1 Delivery Service
M4 projekt handles product delivery exclusively through a delivery service. Deliveries are available within Croatia, Slovenia, and internationally.
6.2 Packaging and Delivery Costs
Ordered items will be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and will be presented and added during the ordering process.
6.3 Delivery to a Specified Address
Items will be delivered to the specified address either to the intended recipient or to another person authorized to receive the delivery at that address. All deliveries will include a delivery note that must be signed as confirmation of receipt.
6.5 Delivery Timing
Deliveries will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for the User. Any orders placed before 24:00 will be sent for delivery the following day at the earliest.
6.6 Delivery Hours
Items will be delivered only during the specified working hours, within a timeframe that suits the User. The User will be notified in advance of the exact delivery time.
6.7 In Case of Recipient Unavailability
If the recipient is unavailable at the specified address, they will be contacted, and a delivery note with contact details will be left for further arrangements.
7.1 Personal Information Usage
By accepting the General Terms of Use, the User grants M4 projekt the right to collect, use, and edit their personal information, including their OIB (Personal Identification Number), for its own purposes.
7.2 User Consent
By ticking the designated checkbox, the User grants permission for M4 projekt to gather, use, and edit their personal information for website purposes, including (but not limited to) the following:
- Consent to M4 projekt’s right to edit the provided information for future reference, accumulate data into databases, and use it for promotional materials regarding new products, all in accordance with Article 10 of the User Protection Law.
- Sharing the data with third parties to protect M4 projekt, its users, and manage potential crisis situations.

Upon request, M4 projekt will delete the User’s personal information, though certain content may be restricted from these Users on the website.
7.11 User Responsibility
The User is obligated to provide only complete, correct, and up-to-date personal information.
8.1 Display and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use will be available on the M4 projekt website. M4 projekt will present the Terms of Use to Users during their first purchase. For all subsequent purchases, it is assumed that the User has already read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. M4 projekt reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use without prior notice. All registered Users should periodically review the Terms of Use to stay informed about any updates or changes.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between M4 projekt and the User regarding the Terms of Use, both parties will initially attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If such attempts fail, the dispute will be handled by the Court of Ljubljana.

These Terms of Use are considered valid as of 01.05.2020.
