- Free shipping on orders over €77
- Standard delivery (card payment): €3.50
- Cash on delivery: €5.50
- Delivery time: 2–6 business days
Other Countries (EU & non-EU)
- Free shipping on orders over €77
- Shipping for orders under €77 is €7.70
- Delivery time: 2–10 business days
- All shipments include a tracking number

How can I submit a product complaint?
Please send your complaint to [email protected], including a brief description of the issue and a photo of the product.
Complaints are processed as quickly as possible, and no later than 4 business days after receiving complete documentation.
Damage caused by improper use is not subject to complaint.

How can I return a product?
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your shipment if you are not satisfied with your purchase, if the item is damaged, incorrectly delivered, or does not match your order.

What is gold-plated jewelry?

Our pieces are plated with 14- to 24-karat gold, which affects the tone of the finish — higher karat gold produces a richer, warmer yellow color.

How to care for gold-plated jewelry?
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, and sleeping
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, creams, and chemicals
- Store jewelry separately, preferably in its original packaging
- Before storing, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth
