FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all orders above 499 HRK (67 EUR).

 

Delivery to Croatia and Slovenia

  • Free delivery in case of purchase above 499 HRK (67 EUR)
  • In case your purchase amount is less then 499 HRK (67 EUR) shipping cost is 25 HRK (3,35 EUR)
  • Paying "Cash on delivery" is possible only for Slovenia and Croatia with 7 HRK (1 EUR) surcharge
  • Estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days from the confirmation of your order

Delivery to other EU countries

  • Free delivery in case of purchase above 499 HRK (67 EUR)
  • In case your purchase amount is less then 499 HRK (67 EUR) shipping cost is 50 HRK (6,7 EUR)
  • Estimated delivery time is 2-10 working days from the confirmation of your order
  • Packages are insured and our customers are provided with tracking number
     

Delivery to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Monte Negro

  • Free delivery in case of purchase above 499 HRK (67 EUR)
  •  In case your purchase amount is less then 499 HRK (67 EUR) shipping cost is 50 HRK (6,7 EUR)
  •  Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days from the confirmation of your order

  •  Estimated delivery time is 5-15 working days from the confirmation of your order
  •  Packages are insured and our customers are provided with tracking number

How do I return or exchange my item?

 

All complaints regarding delivered goods are valid within 14 days of the delivery date. Complaint is considered valid if the ordered goods don’t match the goods ordered, if the product is  damaged or not delivered in the designated timeframe.


Complaints must be presented in written form (post letter or e-mail message) according to the article 10, part of the User protection law. Verbum Artis will address the issue and respond to the complaint within 15 days.
